1. Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern access to عنوان / Onwan. Onwan is provided free of charge as a public-interest tool for journalism. There is no fee, no subscription, and nothing is sold. It is intended for journalists, editors, and people doing editorial work, who must be legally able to accept these terms.

2. Service

Onwan is an AI-assisted journalism workflow inside Google Docs. AI output can be incomplete, wrong, biased, outdated, or unsuitable. The user—not Onwan—is the editor and publisher and remains responsible for verification, source protection, fairness, copyright, privacy, defamation, legal review, and every publication decision. Onwan does not provide legal, financial, or safety advice.

3. No-fee access

Onwan is free to use. A free allowance applies to every account. If it runs out, you may write to the support address and further access may be added at no charge, as capacity allows. Access is granted at Onwan's discretion on capacity grounds and is never conditional on payment or on any other consideration. Usage credits have no cash value, cannot be bought, and can have different costs by action.

4. Acceptable use

Users may not use Onwan to break law, violate another person's rights, expose protected sources, bypass security or usage limits, distribute malware, impersonate others, automate abuse, or provide content they lack authority to process. Users must protect their Google account and licence code.

5. Ownership

Users retain their rights in their documents and editorial material. The user grants Onwan and its processors only the limited permission needed to perform requested actions and operate the service. Onwan retains rights in the software, interface, prompts, documentation, and brand. Feedback may be used to improve the service, but a name, quotation, logo, or testimonial is used publicly only with separate consent.

6. Availability and changes

This is a limited service. Features, model routing, credit costs, and availability may change to protect quality, cost, security, or legal compliance. Material changes that reduce the usefulness of the service will be explained. Preview-only Google features are not promised to users; Onwan uses a safe review-copy fallback when native suggestions are unavailable.

7. Suspension and termination

Onwan may suspend access for abuse, security risk, or material breach. Where reasonable, the user receives notice and a chance to correct the issue. The user may stop using Onwan at any time. Sections that by nature should survive—ownership, disclaimers, and dispute terms—do.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Onwan is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee factual accuracy, publication, revenue, awards, uninterrupted access, or compatibility with every Google Workspace policy. Mandatory liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life/body/health, and other liability that cannot legally be limited remains unaffected.

German law applies. The statutory place of jurisdiction applies; no clause removes a mandatory forum or protection that the law grants.

تنظم هذه الشروط استخدام عنوان. يُقدَّم عنوان مجاناً بوصفه أداة للصالح العام تخدم العمل الصحفي. لا توجد رسوم ولا اشتراك ولا بيع لأي شيء. وهو موجَّه للصحفيين والمحررين ومن يقومون بعمل تحريري، ممن تتوفر فيهم الأهلية القانونية لقبول هذه الشروط.

2. طبيعة الخدمة ومسؤولية الصحفي

عنوان مساعد صحفي بالذكاء الاصطناعي داخل مستندات Google. قد تكون مخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي ناقصة أو خاطئة أو متحيزة أو قديمة أو غير مناسبة. يبقى المستخدم هو المحرر والناشر والمسؤول عن التحقق وحماية المصادر والإنصاف وحقوق النشر والخصوصية والتشهير والمراجعة القانونية وكل قرار نشر. لا يقدم عنوان استشارة قانونية أو مالية أو أمنية.

3. الوصول دون رسوم

استخدام عنوان مجاني. يسري حد مجاني على كل حساب. وإذا استُنفد، يمكنك مراسلة عنوان الدعم وقد يُضاف مزيد من الوصول دون مقابل بحسب الطاقة المتاحة. يُمنح الوصول وفق تقدير عنوان استناداً إلى الطاقة المتاحة، ولا يكون مشروطاً بدفع أو بأي مقابل آخر. ليس للأرصدة قيمة نقدية ولا يمكن شراؤها، وقد تختلف كلفتها بحسب الإجراء.

4. الاستخدام المقبول

يُمنع استخدام عنوان لمخالفة القانون، أو انتهاك حقوق الغير، أو كشف المصادر المحمية، أو تجاوز الحماية وحدود الاستخدام، أو نشر برمجيات ضارة، أو انتحال الهوية، أو إساءة الاستخدام الآلي، أو معالجة محتوى لا يملك المستخدم حق معالجته. على المستخدم حماية حساب Google ورمز الترخيص.

5. الملكية

يحتفظ المستخدم بحقوقه في مستنداته ومواده. يمنح عنوان ومزوديه الإذن المحدود اللازم لتنفيذ الطلب وتشغيل الخدمة فقط. يحتفظ عنوان بحقوق البرمجيات والواجهة والطلبات والوثائق والعلامة. يمكن استخدام الملاحظات لتحسين الخدمة، ولا يُنشر اسم أو اقتباس أو شعار أو شهادة إلا بموافقة منفصلة.

6. التوفر والتغييرات

هذه خدمة محدودة. قد تتغير الخصائص أو اختيار النموذج أو كلفة الأرصدة أو التوفر لحماية الجودة أو الكلفة أو الأمان أو الامتثال. نشرح أي تغيير جوهري يقلل فائدة الخدمة. لا نَعِد المستخدمين بخصائص Google التجريبية؛ ويستخدم عنوان نسخة مراجعة آمنة عندما لا تتوفر الاقتراحات الأصلية.

7. التعليق والإنهاء

يمكن تعليق الوصول لإساءة الاستخدام أو الخطر الأمني أو الإخلال الجوهري. عندما يكون ذلك معقولاً، يتلقى المستخدم إشعاراً وفرصة للتصحيح. يمكنه التوقف في أي وقت. تستمر البنود التي تقتضي طبيعتها ذلك، مثل الملكية وإخلاء المسؤولية وتسوية النزاع.

8. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها

تقدم الخدمة «حسب التوفر» في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون. لا نضمن دقة الحقائق أو النشر أو الإيراد أو الجوائز أو الوصول المتواصل أو التوافق مع كل سياسة في Google Workspace. تظل المسؤولية الإلزامية عن القصد والإهمال الجسيم والإضرار بالحياة أو الجسد أو الصحة وأي مسؤولية لا يجوز تقييدها قائمة. يطبق القانون الألماني وتبقى المحكمة المختصة قانوناً هي المختصة.
