When asking for help, include:

• the approximate time of the problem;
• the Onwan action you ran;
• the interface and project language;
• the request ID or error code;
• a redacted screenshot if useful.

Do not send licence codes, API keys, passwords, payment-card details, or unredacted documents.

For a payment, activation, cancellation, or refund question, use the same email address used at checkout and include the Stripe receipt number. Never send a complete card number.

To stop using Onwan, uninstall the add-on and revoke its access in your Google Account security settings. For access, correction, or deletion requests, write to khalidbench1@gmail.com.

للدفع أو التفعيل أو الإلغاء أو الاسترداد، استخدم البريد نفسه المستعمل عند الدفع وأضف رقم إيصال Stripe، من دون إرسال رقم البطاقة الكامل.
